You will be exposed to both hypothetical and real world examples of transactions in which procuring cause disputes arose and how brokers, agents, and clients were impacted. Lastly you will learn what the Nevada courts have determined with respect to procuring cause and how brokers and agents can protect themselves from liability or loss of compensation.
